Returns & Exchanges

  • Eligibility: You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.

  • Condition: To be eligible, items must be unworn, in their original packaging, and in the same condition that you received them.

  • Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene reasons, certain items such as earrings may be final sale. Custom-designed pieces are also non-refundable.

  • Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method.
